Patient presented desiring breast augmentation as well as improvement in appearance of her body. As such, patient underwent breast augmentation using 345 cc silicone implants (Natrelle Inspira Responsive Silicone Gel) with inframammary fold (under breast) incision. She also underwent abdominoplasty and suction-assisted lipectomy (liposuction) of abdomen, flanks and back (lipo 360). VASER (ultrasound device that heats the skin and melts the skin from under the skin) device was used along with liposuction to improve on the contour of her body.
