Dr. Edward I. Lee is a board-certified plastic surgeon and the founder of Nuveau Plastic Surgery in Houston, TX. Known for his advanced skill and artistic approach, Dr. Lee has trained extensively in plastic and reconstructive surgery and has been recognized as a Super Doctors® Rising Star since 2015 and one of Houston’s Top Doctors since 2017. He is also an award-winning educator, researcher, and international presenter.

Dr. Lee offers a full range of surgical and nonsurgical procedures, including BOTOX, fillers, laser treatments, non-surgical skin tightening and contouring procedures, facelifts, eyelid surgery, rhinoplasty, breast augmentation, body contouring, and mommy makeovers. He is also highly regarded for his expertise in Asian plastic surgery, providing subtle, natural-looking enhancements while preserving each patient’s unique features.
Education & Training
A graduate of Baylor College of Medicine, Dr. Lee completed a 6-year plastic surgery residency and a craniofacial/pediatric fellowship at Baylor, later joining the faculty as an Assistant Professor in the Division of Plastic Surgery. He also trained internationally in Asian plastic surgery in Taiwan and South Korea.
Humanitarian & Volunteer Work
In addition to practicing plastic surgery in Houston, TX Dr. Lee also travels abroad on medical missions worldwide with organizations, such as Operation Smile and Smile Train to help communities in need like Haiti and Cambodia with much needed surgeries. Dr. Lee is fluent in Korean and conversational Spanish.
