Breast Augmentation
PROCEDURE DETAILS
Patient desired larger breasts that still looked natural as well as improvement in overall contour of her body. As such, patient underwent breast augmentation with Mentor MemoryGel XTRA smooth round moderate plus silicone implants in dual plan (partially under muscle and partially over muscle) plane using an inframammary (under your breast) fold incision. In addition, lipo 360 (liposuction of abdomen, flanks and back) was performed along with autologous fat transfer (also known as Brazilian butt lift, BBL). Patient is 6 months out from surgery. For liposuction, Dr. Lee used a combination of VASER (ultrasound-assisted liposuction device) and power-assisted liposuction device (PALS) was used to achieve optimal result.
