Breast Augmentation
PROCEDURE DETAILS

Patient presented for evaluation for plastic surgery after massive weight loss. Patient had gastric bypass surgery and lost significant amount of weight. Patient was seen and examined and deemed an appropriate candidate for staged procedures to remove redundant skin and fat involving lower body thighs, thighs and arms. In addition, she developed significant sagging of breasts with loss of volume. As such, I recommended mastopexy (breast lift) and breast augmentation to lift the breast, remove excess skin and enhance volume. For the first stage of the procedure, she underwent circumferential body lift with buttock auto-augmentation, medial thigh lift and liposuction of outer thighs. For the second stage of the procedure, she underwent bilateral brachioplasty (arm lift), mastopexy (breast lift) and breast augmentation with smooth, round silicone implants, and liposuction of abdomen, thighs and flanks.
