Patient presented with hypomastia desiring augmentation. Patient underwent breast augmentation with Mentor MemoryGel XTRA smooth round moderate plus silicone implants in the submuscular (underneath the pectoralis muscle) plane using an inframammary (under your breast) fold incision.

This particular patient, a statuesque Caucasian female in her twenties, came to us with concerns of hypomastia, a condition characterized by underdeveloped breasts. Given her distinct body frame, standing at 5’7″ and weighing 150 pounds, the challenge was to achieve an enhancement that looked both natural and proportionate to her physique.
