Randy has over 25 years of experience in aesthetic medical devices and cosmeceuticals. He has had award winning performances, both nationally and internationally, with many of the top names in the cosmetic industry. These names include CoolSculpting, Restylane, Skin Medica, Ulthera, Radiesse, Neocutis and MiraDry.

This experience ranges from sales to the training of plastic surgeons and cosmetic dermatologists on the latest advances in technology within their respective fields. Additionally, he was the European Director of Sales for CoolSculpting; which is now an Allergan subsidiary.

Currently, he is the managing partner at Nuveau Plastic Surgery. He uses his vast knowledge of aesthetics to assist Dr. Lee in developing customized treatment plans for their patients and runs the daily operations of their clinic.
