Patient presented with symptomatic large breasts (neck pain, shoulder grooving, back pain). Patient has saggy breasts with enlarged areola and excess breast tissue and skin. She underwent breast reduction using inferior pedicle and Wise pattern (anchor scar) technique. She also desired for improvement on excess fat on her back. She underwent liposuction of her back and flanks to improve contour of her back and flanks.
