Patient presented desiring mommy makeover. She had saggy, deflated breasts. She had excess fat in the abdomen and flank areas. She had excess skin and fat involving her upper arms and the axilla extending onto her lateral chest. As such, she underwent abdominoplasty (tummy tuck), suction-assisted lipectomy (liposuction) of abdomen and flanks, breast lift (mastopexy), and extended brachioplasty (arm lift).
