Patient presented to be evaluated for breast lift. Patient complained of having sagging breasts. Patient has deflated, ptotic breasts with nipple-areolar enlargement. Patient underwent breast lift (mastopexy) using superior medial pedicel to preserve the nipple with vertical skin incision (lollipop) incision.
