Man in his mid-50s desired facial rejuvenation. Complained of saggy skin, jowls, loose skin in his neck. As such, he underwent facelift and platysmaplasty (necklift). He is 6 months out from his surgery and looking great! Procedure was performed in the office under local anesthesia and mild sedation. The underlying muscle layer (SMAS) was tightened to give a more lasting result and the skin was redraped to give a natural appearance without looking like he was over tightened.
