This patient is 6 months out from upper blepharoplasty. Upper blepharoplasty, or upper eyelid surgery, is a surgical procedure designed to rejuvenate the upper eyelid area by removing or repositioning excess skin, muscle, and protruding fat. Upper blepharoplasty corrects hooded, sagging upper lids through an incision hidden in the natural crease.
