PROCEDURE DETAILS

Patient presented for evaluation for treatment of nasal deformity arising from nasal fracture. Patient presented with airway obstruction and deviated nose. She also wanted to make her nose look smaller with reduction in dorsal hump and nostril flair as well as improvement in tip definition. As such, patient underwent an open rhinoplasty with component separation, dorsal hump reduction, septoplasty, insertion of spreader graft, insertion of columellar strut graft, tip modification, bilateral Weir excision (nostril narrowing) and bilateral lateral osteotomies.
