PROCEDURE DETAILS

Patient presented for evaluation for treatment of nasal fracture resulting in airway obstruction and deviated nose. She also wanted to make her nose look smaller with reduction in dorsal hump and improvement in tip definition. As such, patient underwent an open rhinoplasty with component separation, dorsal hump reduction, septoplasty, insertion of spreader graft, insertion of columellar strut graft, tip modification and bilateral lateral osteotomies.
