Patient presented for evaluation for plastic surgery after massive weight loss. Patient had gastric bypass surgery and lost significant amount of weight. Patient was seen and examined and deemed an appropriate candidate for a number of procedures to improve the appearance of her breast and body. Patient underwent bilateral breast lift (mastopexy), abdominoplasty (tummy tuck), extended arm lift (brachioplasty) and liposuction of abdomen, flanks and arms. Plastic surgery after massive weight loss encompasses a number of procedures to address the deflation from the weight loss and well as removing residual fatty tissue. Procedures can also include thigh lift, lateral chest lift, circumferential body lift, back lift and procedures for the face. The procedures can take multiple stages depending on what needs to be done.
