PROCEDURE DETAILS

Patient presented desiring reduction in the width of her lower face. She did not like how wide her lower face was. On exam, she was found to have thickened masseter muscle as well as enlarged lower facial bones. As such, patient underwent the so-called v-line surgery which, in her case, included reduction of the size of her lower jaw (mandible), liposuction of lower face, chin and neck, as well as reduction of the masseter muscle.
