Patient presented desiring mommy makeover. She had saggy and deflated breasts. Also had excess fat in the abdomen, flank and back areas. As such, she underwent abdominoplasty (tummy tuck), suction-assisted lipectomy (liposuction) of abdomen, flanks and back, breast lift (mastopexy) to place the breast in a better position followed by breast augmentation (augmentation mammaplasty) with Mentor smooth round silicone implant to enhance volume. Combined use of breast lift and breast augmentation allows for improved projection and volume.
