Patient presented to me for evaluation for treatment of large, heavy breasts. In addition, patient had very uneven breasts with left side being much larger than the right side. She underwent bilateral breast reduction (reduction mammaplasty) to reduce the size of the breast, lift the breast, decrease the size of the nipple-areolar complex, remove excess skin and even out the size of the breast.
