Halo Laser resurfacing was used for the treatment of a darker skin type patient.  This patient was treated with the Halo laser for acne scarring and post inflammatory hyperpigmentation associated with acne.  Laser resrurfacing can be used in darker skinned patients with great results, but precautions need to be taken to minimize the risks of side effects.
