Patient presented desiring improvement in contour of her abdomen and flanks. She was otherwise fit but had some loose skin. She did not want to undergo any extensive surgical procedures and was okay with having some loose skin. As such, she underwent liposuction (suction-assisted lipectomy) of the abdomen and flanks. Procedure was performed in our office under local anesthesia.
