Patient presented desiring improvement in contour of his abdomen and flanks as well as options for excess breast tissue (gynecomastia, or male breast enlargement). As such, he underwent comprehensive liposuction of the abdomen, flanks and chest. Treatment of gynecomastia varies depending on a number of factors, including patient age, amount of loose skin and excess fat involved. Often, liposuction is all that is required. However, a surgery with skin excision is required if there is excess skin.
