Patient presented with loose skin and excess fat after weight loss. She desired to have tummy tuck and thigh lift. Patient underwent simultaneous tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) and bilateral thigh lift. Liposuction (suction-assisted) was used to enhance thigh and abdominal contour.
