Facial aging looks different on everyone. Dr. Lee evaluates the brow, eyes, cheeks, midface, jawline, and neck together, then discusses which areas matter most to you.
One patient may benefit from a deep plane facelift and neck lift. Another may be suited to a targeted endoscopic approach. Brow or eyelid surgery and volume restoration may be considered when they support the overall plan.

Different approaches for different needs
Your consultation determines which technique, if any, fits your anatomy and goals.
Deep plane facelift
For some patients with cheek descent, jowls, or loss of jawline definition, repositioning deeper facial tissues can address multiple areas together. The extent of treatment is individualized.
Endoscopic / endo facelift
An endoscopic approach uses smaller incisions and a camera to help address selected areas of facial descent. It may suit particular patterns of aging; it does not replace a more comprehensive facelift for everyone.
Endoscopic brow lift
When brow descent contributes to upper-face heaviness, Dr. Lee may recommend an endoscopic brow lift on its own or as part of a broader plan. Brow surgery is recommended only when appropriate.
A whole-face approach
A facelift is one part of facial rejuvenation. Depending on your anatomy and goals, Dr. Lee may also consider eyelid surgery, autologous fat grafting, laser resurfacing, a lip lift, or other options. Each combination is selected to address the face as a whole and tailored to the individual; no patient needs every procedure.
