Yes it can! In our recently published article, we have found that double eyelid surgery can lower eyebrow in patients with foldless eyelids (patients without double eyelid, also known as supratarsal crease). In addition, there are associated changes in the proportion of midfacial aesthetics after the surgery. Eyebrows and eyelids are intricately related. We always discuss the possibility of brow position change after eyelid surgery this with all of our patients.
