Woman in her 60s desired facial rejuvenation. Complained of saggy skin, jowls, loose skin in her neck and volume loss in central part of her face. As such, she underwent facelift, platysmaplasty (necklift) and fat grafting to face. She is 6 months out from her surgery and looking great! Procedure was performed in an outpatient hospital under general anesthesia. The procedure can also be performed under local anesthesia with conscious sedation depending on patient preference. The underlying muscle layer (SMAS) was tightened to give a more lasting result and the skin was redraped to give a natural appearance without looking like she was over tightened.
