Patient presented with unilateral breast cancer with plans for lumpectomy and post-op radiation. She desired for options to improve on symmetry of her breasts given the fact that she would be losing volume and contour of her breast on the cancer side. As such, she underwent immediate tissue rearrangement of the cancer side (after lumpectomy) and mastopexy (breast lift) on the contralateral side for symmetry.
