Patient complained of looking tired and having loose skin on his upper and lower eyelids. Patient had loose skin and fat herniation on his lower eyelids. As such, quad blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery) was performed to remove the extra skin on his upper and lower eyelids, fat removal and lateral canthopexy. Patient is 3 months out from surgery. His eyes appear refreshed and more youthful.
