Patient presents desiring double eyelid surgery. Many Asians (especially East Asians) are born without an upper eyelid crease or incompletely formed crease. As such, surgery can be performed to create or deepen the fold. Moreoever, surgery can be performed to change not only the shape, but the height and depth of the fold. Here, we decided to proceed with non-incisional method where the fold is created through small incisions, leaving patients with imperceptible scars, less downtime and usually a more natural appearance.
