Patient wanted her eyes to look bigger and remove the excess skin on her upper eyelid. She had existing eyelid crease but wanted it to be more defined. As such, upper blepharoplasty and Asian eyelid surgery was performed to remove the excess skin and make the upper eyelid crease bigger and deeper in order to make the eyes more youthful and the lines better defined.
