Patient presented with significant bilateral breast ptosis after massive weight loss. Patient was deficient in volume but has significant sagging of the breast with excess skin and nipple-areolar complex enlargement. As such, patient underwent bilateral breast lift using superio-medial pedical and Wise pattern skin excision to lift the breast, decrease the size of the nipple-areolar complex and enhance shape of the breast.
