Patient presented to be evaluated for breast implant exchange in setting of ruptured breast implant. She also desired for treatment of excess abdominal skin and fat. Patient had mild breast ptosis with current implant. As such, recommended either to go with mastopexy/augmentation or a larger implant. Patient opted for larger implant. Patient underwent breast implant exchange to larger silicone implant (smooth round). In addition, lipoabdominoplasty was performed along with rectus plication.
