Patient presented to be evaluated for breast lift. Patient complained of having sagging breasts. Patient has deflated, ptotic breasts with nipple-areolar enlargement. Patient underwent breast lift (mastopexy) using superior medial pedicle to preserve the nipple with limited Wise patter (mini anchor scar) skin incision. Full projection and lift was achieved WITHOUT the use of any breast implants.
