Breast Lift
PROCEDURE DETAILS
Patient presented for evaluation for breast lift and thigh lift. She wanted to retain her size and have fuller cleavage. She did not want a breast implant. In addition, patient desired to have the excess skin on the upper part of her inner thigh removed. Given the amount of excess skin, she was not a good candidate for liposuction alone. As such, she underwent mastopexy (breast lift) using supreriomedial pedicle and partial Wise pattern (anchor scar, inverted T) technique and limited incision thigh lift with liposuction. For the thigh thigh lift, liposuction was performed circumferentially to reduce the bulk of her thighs and then the incision was made along her inner thigh crease so that the incision is hidden in the natural crease of her thighs.
