Patient complained of looking tired and having loose skin on her upper eyelids. On exam, she was also noted to have mild ptosis (drooping of the upper eyelids). As such, upper blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery) was performed to remove the extra skin and lift the eyelids higher. In the process, the eyelid crease was placed in a better place and now the patient’s eyes appear to be bigger (as a result of having lifted the eyelids) as well as more refreshed and youthful.
