Erica Carini was born and raised in Houston, where she completed her nursing degree in 2010 from Lone Star College and began her career as a registered nurse specializing in heart disease and infectious diseases. She later joined a successful plastic surgery practice, where she spent 8 years mastering the art of aesthetic medicine and developing extensive experience in many of the most sought-after non-surgical aesthetic enhancement procedures available today.

Erica has advanced expertise in injectables, with a special focus on biostimulators and creating natural, refreshed results. Having trained in a high-volume plastic surgery office, she possesses an excellent understanding of facial anatomy and the natural age-related changes of the face and body. In addition to injectables, Erica also offers XERF treatments as part of her comprehensive approach to aesthetic rejuvenation.

Erica joined the Nuveau Plastic Surgery team in 2021, bringing enthusiasm, skill, and a patient-centered approach to every treatment. She is also the creator of The Foundation Method™, a customized treatment philosophy focused on rebuilding support before adding volume. Her advanced training and credentials allow her to provide a wide range of customized aesthetic treatments designed to renew and enhance appearance with results that are both beautiful and natural.

When Erica is not working, she enjoys trying new restaurants, doing puzzles, and spending time with her husband and two children.
