Patient presented desiring for her eyes to look more refreshed and defined. She had excess skin on her upper eyelids along with fat bulging on her lower eyelids. As such, a combination of upper and lower blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery) was performed to remove the extra skin as well as raise and define the eyelid crease on the upper eyelid and remove the bulging fat on the lower eyelids. Patient is 6 months post-op and our surgical goals were achieved.

Revitalizing one’s gaze, especially after an earlier intervention, requires a profound understanding of both the patient’s anatomy and their aesthetic desires. Over the years, it’s not uncommon for the effects of a prior procedure to evolve, especially as the skin undergoes natural aging processes. This patient’s wish to recapture the definition of her Asian eyelid surgery brought her to Nuveau, where our expertise in Asian blepharoplasty ensured that we could address the presence of excess skin and the diminished prominence of the supratarsal crease. Six months following the procedure, the transformation is evident. Not only does the eye region exude youthfulness, but it also aligns harmoniously with the patient’s overall facial features, showcasing the signature balance and natural elegance that Nuveau consistently delivers.
