This 29 year old male was unhappy with the dorsal hump on the bridge of his nose as well as a somewhat droopy tip, but he did not desire surgical intervention – so we did a liquid rhinoplasty instead! Here our PA, Sarah, used 1 cc of dermal filler to camouflage the dorsal hump, straighten the nose bridge, and elevate the tip of the nose, resulting in a more streamlined, straight nose profile. This is a great option for those that are not ready for surgery or need small corrections that can be accomplished with filler injectables. My patient is thrilled and so am I!
