After Weight Loss Surgery
Patient presented desiring “mommy makeover.” She had lost significant amount of weight, now with desire to improve the appearance of her breasts and body. Patient had significant ptosis (sagging) of breasts and redundant skin of abdominal area along with residual fatty tissue. For her breasts, she desired to be bigger. As such, patient underwent bilateral augmentation and mastopexy (breast lift), suction-assisted lipectomy (liposuction) of abdomen and flanks, and abdominoplasty (tummy tuck).
